1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to Cedar Trustvex (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). We may point you to or explain third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries significant risk of loss. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future outcomes. You are fully responsible for your decisions and any taxes owed.

4. Charges, acceptable use, and IP rights

Fees, if any, are shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of 140 $ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnification, suspension, and ending access

You agree to cover us for claims resulting from your use of, or breach of, these Terms. We may pause or end your access for a breach, risk concerns, or legal reasons. Provisions that remain in force include liability limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
